Current weekly rates for renting Casa del Romero are as follows:-

· To book, please email or phone us (evenings). £50 deposit per week is required to secure your booking. The price is per week not per person and includes the use of the pool, electric, water and air conditioning. Bedding and towels are supplied. Please bring your own pool/beach towels.

· We also require a £100 breakage deposit to be paid with the final balance to cover any damage - this is refundable within 7 days of the return of the keys, minus the cost of any breakages should there be any.

· Balance is required 8 weeks before departure.

· On arrival the following payments for the cleaning, prior and on your departure will be made to our keyholder :-
For families of up to 4 people staying for up to 7 nights the charge will be 50 euros, in excess of 7 nights their will be an additional charge of 10 euros. For parties of more than four their will be an additional charge of 5 euros per person.

· Welcome packs can be provided at a cost of 15 euros payable to our keyholder, if required please
request at time of booking. The packs consist of Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Milk, Water, Orange Juice, Bread,
Flora, Jam, Bottle of Wine and Beer (please note that on Sunday most supermarkets are closed).

· Discounts for longer visits (over 2 weeks) can be negotiated.

· The house will be ready after 3:00pm on the day of your arrival. On the day of your departure please vacate the property by 11:00am to enable preparation for the next guests.

· Pick-ups from Alicante and Murcia airports can be arranged if required. From Alicante for up to four people is 45 euros, for up to 6 persons the cost is 55 euros ( subject to vehicle availability). For Murcia airport for up to four people will be at a cost of 40 euros, for up to 6 people the cost will be 50 euros (subject to vehicle availability).
