The first floor comprises of:-
 A double bedroom with built in wardrobes, drawers and air conditioning, there are also doors leading out on to the balcony which provides panoramic views of the sea and surrounding area. 
There is also a  twin bedroom with built in wardrobes, chest of drawers  and air conditioning.

The Bathroom is equipped with wash basin, bath with shower, toilet and bidet.

There is also a staircase that leads to the large roof terrace which again has panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding area.

**Please note this is a non-smoking property, ashtrays are provided for your use in all outside areas**

The accommodation comprises of living/dining area, closet, kitchen, downstairs toilet, large tiled terrace at the front with table, chairs and parasol. The is also a small rear patio on the ground floor.  The kitchen is fully equipped, including ceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Air conditioning is also installed for the downstairs areas. Satellite TV with all the usual UK channels plus Sky Sports and Sky movies is provided. An IPod docking station is also available for your use.
